I represent Chris Agajanian / Chris Agajanian Presents, Inc., the owner of the Ascot/J.C. Agajanian copyrights and trademarks. We are dealing with a massive infringement problem right now, and trying to do it as expeditiously and civilly as possible. You are currently selling two items (this mens and womens shirt) that are our intellectual property on your website. We have already contacted the poster earlier this year, and he has not cooperated in taking these images down. The license agreement ended over 3 years ago, yet this shirt seems to still be available for sale.
I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of above is not authorized by the Intellectual Property Owner, its agent, or the law. The information in this Notice of Claimed Infringement is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the Intellectual Property Owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Please have these items taken down. It seems fair that we would be entitled to an accounting of the money made selling their materials. If you could provide that and ask your supplier to provide it as well, we could take care of this.
