So Esh will be at Pevely? Never have seen him race but then again I always like seeing Haud on the high banks of I-55.

Hey airport. I see this is your first post, hopefully it will be your last!!! I think you need a little lesson in common courtesy and respect when it comes to others who might be a little bit different than you. Just because they speak a language you know nothing of, is more the reason you should shut you foul mouth. In your opinion if he was a frog, then in my opinion you must be an uneducated inbred a$$hole.

They may speak a different language. but 20 or 50 cars who cares? they got to see the King kick butt as we have seen for years. What better than to take the Dirt Show to a different country and the King to win. I don't think any French speaking Canadians are complaining about 20 cars.

Funny stuff. You sound like one of those "my daddy can beat up your daddy" kind of guys.
Glad the sane folks in Canada got to see The King at his best. Hard to believe at 56 he is still out there full-time winning races.

Maybe AIRPORT would like to express his feelings to the R19 crew next time he's at a WoO show. I'm sure Lenard Lee's wife Marie, who is from Quebec, and speaks French, would set this jerk straight. The fans in Quebec are as passionate about their racing as they are about hockey, football or any other sport. Pertty much like all of us here on Hoseheads. I think they would pay whatever they had to in order to see the greatest sprint car drivers in the world race at their local track. I can guarantee you all involved with the WoO had a pleasant and unforgettable experience. These drivers got to race in front of a group of enthusiastic and appreciative fans, some of whom were watching the Outlaws for the first time. Really don't matter what they paid or that a limited number of cars showed up. As long as they left happy and entertained is all that counts.

I know 20 cars can be entertaining, but for "The Greatest Show on Dirt" you expect a little better. Don't the guys at WRG, or whatever they call themselves now, know how to use a phone? We all know that in the Northeast car counts will be thin, can't these guys call up some racers and offer a little money for cars to tow up there? Particularly when you are charging 60 bucks a head admission, make it look good for the fans. Heck Ted used to dig into his pocket to get guys to the next show so that he would have something to offer the fans. Didn't Steve Beitler once say that Ted was his best sponsor? I don't want to bash the Outlaws, but they have to give back to sport from time to time. NASCAR has been doing a good job of killing their cash cow, no need to follow that business model, feed the damn thing once in a while.
