It's now been two years since Cowtown has reconfigured the track to a 15' wider surface, and in that two years, there's yet to be an ASCS feature winner come from the pole position - including tonight.
Tonight's race featured excellent racing, lots of passing and wheel to wheel action.
Shouse came from 12th to take the lead late in the race, then a red flag comes out for a hard one car crash with Joe Wood Jr., Estes retakes the lead...Geo from 8th to 2nd for a while...then dropped back to 4th, Baldaccini from 11th to 5th, Donnie Ray Crawford started 7th and at one point was up to 2nd before breaking on the last lap; it was a lot of fun to watch. Good job to all the drivers!
