I wasn't there but the car count was probably what we can expect of a GSC show this year - low to mid 20's. I'm pretty sure Zimmerly was in the midwest somewhere tonight like some others who have left the porch in an effort to further their carreers somewhere in the midwest.

20 cars ....3 racers... I have been a long time sprint car fan and try to keep things positive....
but that was one of the worst races I have ever been too....
Something needs to be done for GSC or even hardcore fans like myself won't even drive
an hour to pay for that...

To bad you didn't go to Civil War at Ocean the night before. I know its on a Friday
therefore alot of people can't make it, but only behind Gold Cup & Trophy Cup
for quality field of racers in Ca. Larson was the only car in Ocean's top 10 to
go to Antioch. ( I know BK & Suggs would have been in top 10 without late
race problems).

My GSC experiences this year have been just the opposite of the Cherokee. The shows at Santa Maria and Tulare were some of the best ever. Even with only 15 cars a couple of weeks ago it was excellent racing. Best deal of the year (excluding Trophy Cup) the Taco Bravo 360's on Friday night followed by GSC on Sat.
Don't recall ever hearing anybody rave about a GSC show at Antioch.
