On the last post on this subject, the West Coast and All Stars were represented with Kyle Larson, David Gravel and Zach Zimmerley gettting the most comments.

What about the best young driver in PA? Cody Darrah & Lucas Wolfe are already running the WoO. Who is the next big thing (21 or younger)?

Adam Wilt, Aaron Ott, Brent Marks ... any 358, URC or ESS drivers that are impressive? I see Bobby Allen's kid is running 358's.

If I had to pick a younger driver to race a car for me, it would be Danny Dietrich. Logan Schuchart(Bobby Allen's Grandson) is going to be one to watch in the future if he can get some $$$ behind him in a 410 ride.

I'm not a DD fan or anything, but coming off speedweeks I'd say the 48 car is the one to beat in this group. As for not passing many cars, at Bedford he went from 15th to 11th, Hagerstown was 9th to 5th, Lincoln was 24th to 12th, Williams Grove was 16th to 15th, Port Royal was 10th to 6th, and Selinsgrove was 17th to 6th. The only race he lost spots at was Grandview, where he started on pole and finished 4th behind 3 very stout cars. For awhile I thought Ott was really coming on, but he's had some terrible races and stepped on some competitors toes lately. He's also driving top notch equipment for a guy thats been in the sport a little while (Don Ott). Marks is running well, although still not much of a threat at the Grove, and Wilt has only had 2 top 10s in his last 13 races after a good start to the season. Maybe still trying to get a handle on the XXX chassis they switched too?

Wow 16th to 15th.........a whole position. Don't take it the wrong way. I was just making fun. I hope he has continued success going forward. It's always nice to see the young talent come up and kick butt once awhile

Trophy Cup......Best race of the year hands down!

Haha, yea, and it was probably attrition, I was just making the point that he's not exactly free-falling back through the field, probably could have left the Grove result out of it.

You guys have both coast covered but what about the middle of the country you have 20 yr old Brady Bacon leading the national ASCS tour and 20 yr old Jack Dover running 5th in national points. Yea it's not 410's but I don't think I would count either of them out.

it's cool. When you coming to Cali to see a bullring race? You would love it! I'm going to make PA. real soon and can't wait to see the fans and racers out there. Walker won the bullitt aluminum trophy here at Santa Maria last yr. on July 10th weekend and he stated that was the baddest trophy he ever received......my brother made it! I really want to go to Grandview and Lincoln after watching the footage from those 2 races! I will go to Williams Grove though for the history....just like going to Calistoga here in Cali.

Haha, I'd love to see Cali short tracks(or Ohio for that matter), but in the last month I've only made it to one race in PA since memorial day, and I live 15 minutes from both Lincoln and Williams Grove. Just too many other things going on right now. You only have to look at Tyler Walkers success at Grandview to see it's obvious Cali drivers get plenty of practice on the small tracks.

Dietrich has been the most impressive lately. He also cam from pretty far back the last regul;ar show at the grove in which he took 4th from Walker on the turn 4 of the last lap. Wilt switched to xxx? No wonder they've been struggling, serves them right. He was running real well in the maxim earlier in the year, winning a race at Lincoln.

Agreed, he's the real deal for sure. Too bad he teamed up with the Keen team out of the box, hell, a year into it they still couldn't get Pittman going. Pittman has 5 wins in less than 2 months since and Cannon has 9 358 wins this year...don't think it was the driver.

Remember, that's pretty much a brand new team that Danny himself played a part in getting things rolling. Now, with a top level crew chief on board, I think we are going to start seeing DD in the top 5 often.

Wilt switched to XXX at the beginning of June. I think the "rained out" Keystone Cup race was supposed to be the debut for the car. They were fumbling before they made that change anyway.

Tyler has been great at Grandview. The out-of-staters have all done well there. Walker, Pittman and Kemenah all have come in with PA rides and taken the big check home in the last two years.

Dietrich over Marks again...wish that race would have been 30 laps, it would have been a great finish.

DD gets 3rd win of the year, this one was a TT race.

Krimes has been around a few years, probably in his mid-late 20's.
