Maybe I missed it but I saw on here a while back there was talk about having a Hoseheads mobile website. Did anything ever come of that and where does it stand?
The other thing, that got me thinking, is there a BlackBerry Messenger Group devoted to sprint cars? If not let's start one. Shoot me an email at [email protected] and we'll get one set up. If you know of one that already exists let me know that too, I would like to join.
Thanks!
Shawn

No HH Mobile from what I know. I pull up this forum on my BB, but it's clumsy and hard to read. PitGate and IndianaOpenWheel have nice mobile sites, as does TJ Slideways. Not as much out there as I thought there would be before I got my BB - I was a little disappointed.

I have used my blackberry for a little over a year and while the regular blackberry web browser does a pretty bad job of displaying Hoseheads the Opera web browser works great. You can see the quoted part of the posts in the yellow formatting as well as view in column mode or full page view. Also if you ever tried to download files with your blackberry web browser it can be a pain but with Opera it makes it easy. I download mp3's, PDF's, etc. all the time through Opera.
Whenever I post results live from the races I actually type them up as a text document then copy and paste into the hoseheads message box as frequently it will not post properly. Just saves alot of headache and I then have a growing archive of results to look back on. Hope this helps.
You can get the Opera mobile browser at http://www.opera.com/mobile/

Blackberry requires specific file settings for its video clips to properly playback. A nice feature with youtube.com as of late has been support for full screen video. It used to be when you would go to youtube from a blackberry it would only let you view video in the low res mobile standard. Now they have upgraded that mobile standard to 320x240 and it looks really good. I stream long videos all the time. Even while traveling down the highway the streams work really well on Verizons network.
