Jonathon Henry.... Who? What? Are you kidding me!?

Wow, what a race from a kid who doesn't even have a drivers license yet! I have never seen a rookie flag look so out of place as it did on his sprint car last night. It was Greg Taylor's race all night with Kevin Kierce holding a strong second and "the Kid" following close behind. From early on in the race you could see that those three were going to finish 1-2-3. But I figured it would be Taylor, Kierce then Henry. Continue blog.

Agree!

I watched the feature as it happened. Jonathon Henry stalked the second and third place cars for what seemed to be a long time, hanging-in, looking for a faster way around the track. Several times he lost a little ground so I thought he might be stuck in third (guess he didn't think so).

During the finishing laps Jonathon Henry reeled in the front runners, worked traffic like a seasoned pro, found a racing line through turns three and four no one else was using and went on to win the feature. He didn't get lucky. He stayed patient, worked hard and earned the win.

Oh, he drives a sprint car real fast, too.

Everything you know is wrong.
