Kudos to the Mack family for getting the track in great shape for Saturdays races. The track was great and so was the racing. Sunday was a different story. The track was very dry(considering afternoon with hot sun) It had to be worked on about three times before the night was finished. The Macks turned what could have been a dust bowl into a fairly good track, cosidering the temperatures and sun. It was dry and rubber down but that last outlaw race was very good. Congrats to Joey and again to the Mack family for doing their best to put on a good show. See you next year....Maybe the support series should be gone?

surpizeingly , alot of fans like that door crap ?, I will admit, Ive seen some pretty good races shake out of the Latemodels at RCS, The track Sunday wansnt much to be desired, seeing, four? - maybe, five? cars go off track in qualifying shoud attest to that , I personally would have liked the start time to be earlier, the track surface never did see a lasting "groom" in the three attemps they made ,a shortened feature would proubly have ticked off a few fans, tire wear obviously was the concern , and maybe the first few laps on the touched up areas of the track aided in a full feature, with no flats due to rubber (it was close) a couple more hard laps and disaster/dnf's was certain , regardless, it was a exciting finish.
