Two nights of ASCS action at the Devil's Bowl. Since the National group has the weekend off, I wonder if any of the touring teams will drop by Dallas? Might be fun!

You're correct in your thinking... Gary Wright, Jason Johnson, etc. are within a few hrs drive and get around the gray clay of the Bowl as well as anyone.
No Sooner race either. 2 night show at a track that isn't notorious for chewing up 18 tires on a normal night race.
Sounds like a plan!
Get some fries & a combo burrito for me! (out of town to see the Rangers whip up on the Astros)

Rangers are on a roll! Now if we can threesweep the loley Astros then all is good.
Talk about highjacking a thread....

Gary Wright will be in Ohio and Jason Johnson will probably race down in Houston with the Gulf South. Travis Rilat will more than likely be racing with the Sprint Bandits. This is a Lone Star vs Sooner race so hopefully some of the Oklahoma gang will make their way down. Sean McClelland will be there.

Wow... I had who was challenging who all kinds of mixed up.
Well, my "have some fries & combo burrito" line still holds. Cancel the "no Sooner race" thing, por favor.
Gary Wright... Ohio... wow, didn't see that one coming. If JJ wants to drive farther than it would be to the Bowl... more power to him. I would think the GS field would be weaker.
Yes, Rilat, being the virtual points leader in the Bandits series... no way he'll be there.
YES, DAVID! Hotel, tickets... I hope the Rangers play like they have been. I've enjoyed watching them against the dregs of the NL. Hamilton and Guerrero... you just can't miss their at bats. Too fun to watch!
If you see some guy in a Michael Young All-Star jersey on tv... in HOUSTON... just know he's a good dude that likes sprint cars a lot, too. lol

I stand corrected about Jason Johnson. He is here in Mesquite but for tonight only. Will race down in Houston tomorrow night.
