That row has just slightly less knee room because it was where they made the transition with the new bleachers when they went it. I'm talking "slightly" I know because I sat in that row for over 10 years in Sec E, They are very good seats though, Section D puts you right over the flagmans right shoulder and well over the skyline of any obstacles in the pits.
