Cubic, I have noticed something about you lately. You have a lot of opinions about a lot of things, but very few are about racing. Isn't there a political message board somewhere you would fit in better? I don't have a problem with good debate once in a while. But everyone on here is talking about RACING XXX cars. You keep talking about China and economics??? I'm not following how where a car was built has anything to do with how it works on the track..... And on the "Jac" topic, you do realize that China sends cars to Austrailia don't you? Maybe the pics you found are the ones going over there, mine was made in Washington, frame was $1750 plus the extras I bought. They do build some custom cars for $2450, but I am guessing you haven't researched enough to get ALL the facts, it's also pretty clear you don't own a racecar. If you did, you wouldn't be complaining about a cheaper racecar.....unless you work at Maxim/J&J/etc.

Bash away, I have a feeling it will make me smile.

Just in case the quality of our XXX cars comes into question (as it always seems to in these threads) ... watch this video from this weekend (from our local track).

Junk maybe only a half truth even though questions of craftsmanship still run rampant...it's still cheap, commi and you have to give it away to get top teams to run it no matter how you look at it however...

I would rather have "Joe Redneck" who's Daddy taught him how to weld, welding my chassis, as opposed to some one across the world that is getting their piecework rate done. I'm guessing "Joe" might actually care if I survive in a car he welded up. The other guy, hmmm, I don't know.

I'll spend the extra $750 to feel a little safer. I'm thinking my life is worth it, but to each their own!

Every anti-XXX thread in here is good for a laugh.

To be specific, to explain it in small words for the feeble-minded, how are some of the posters in here smart enough to remember to breathe?

Do what? Smarty pants communist! Your not no American! Your one of them Americants! Obamas gonna ruinate all of us! John Wayne said it gooder than anyone: Go America! Chinese stuff ain't no good! I done know how to breathenate you librel college boy!

I can smell it now. Deep thoughts are brewing for the next XXX win and subsequent bash in here.

Before responses, please note that the computer you're typing on isn't 100% American-made parts and that your hypocrisy is 100% intact no matter how biased you type on it.

A little nugget: "It is better to keep silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt."

Just so you know, the welds on a XXX chassis are better than the other companies. The chassis tubing is the same that other companies are using.

Proudly run a XXX chassis.

Congratulations to Brian Kristan on his win in a XXX last weekend as well.

I am going out on a limb here, but I am guessing that Steve Kinser and Donny Schatz have their chassis' given to them as well! A smart business man will give stuff to good guys, so others will see it in victory lane and buy them. XXX is doing just that and for a cheaper price! I am guessing a lot of racers on a budget will start racing a XXX after seeing it in victory lane so much! No different than Nike giving shoes to Michael Jordan, or Reebok giving shoes to Allen Iverson, or Adidas giving theirs to Kevin Garnett. Hopefully you are walking around barefoot because those shoes werent made in America either. Also, dont watch TV or get on the computer again! Get used to it!

Let's see....

Computer.....made in China...

Cell Phone....made in China...

Sneakers....made in China, or some other third world country

TV set....made in China

DVR.... made in China...

Clothes....most likely made in China, or some other third world country....

That stuff you buy at the dollar store to save a few bucks...likely produced in a third world factory somewhere...

Maybe if we go back to producing all of these products, and their price probably triples, some folks will get it, then. But WalMart, Target, Kohl's, Sears, JC Penney, and countless other retailers sell products produced offshore or in third world countries.

We're in a global economy folks, and, like it or not, complaining about it WILL not change it. If you can shop without buying an offshore product these days, well, you're a better shopper than I am. But railing about the Chinese labor and not complaining about the other third world labor is just a case of speaking out of both sides of your mouth...you complain about a convenient target rather than dealing with the FACTS concerning the global economy.

Now that's pretty narrow thinking,,,,and pretty sad....

Chuck.....

If the sole falls off your shoe, your generally not in danger of losing your life.

People on this forum are somewhat comparing apple to oranges.

Yes, we all agree almost everything is made in China anymore.

What's your life worth? I like the idea that I can walk into (insert chassis builder here) and look the man or woman in the eye that welded up my car. They know that if their weld fails, I could be DEAD! You think the China guy cares? (Be honest folks)

It's a personal choice. If you want to send your wife and kids down the road on the cheapest tire you can buy, so be it. If you want a little better quality tire so you have a peaceful feeling when they leave in the morning, it's your choice.

The staff and owners of XXX care. We have friends and family racing our products. Some of the staff race it themselves. We have close relationships with many of the TeamXXX racers and talk to regularly.

We have strict controls and procedures in place so we make what we feel is the safest car on the market. Did you happen view the video? Notice how not one peice of that chassis fails in any way? We've been producing chassis now for 5 years. If they were not safe, they would not be in the industry for 5 minutes.

You think Simpson, Winters, QA1, Speedway, etc, etc don't care?

Insinuating we don't care if someone gets hurt is completely factless and (personally) insulting. You can rant about not liking our product or company and rant about world economics without issue or commentary from me ... but need to choose your words wisely when discussing the character of our company and it's employees which you most likely have had little contact with (if ever at all).

"I was involved in one of the most prolific crashes many have ever experienced at Devils Bowl Speedway in Mesquite, Texas on May 9th, 2009. I am including some photo's of before and after the accident of my brand new, and when I say BRAND NEW I mean every part on this car was BRAND NEW, Triple XXX ASCS sprint car. The wreck happened just past the flagstand while taking the green flag for an ASCS Lone Star Region heat race. I started on the outside of row 1 and as we passed the flagstand I was pinched into the wall with nowhere to go. My car endo'd and twisted 8 times to the end of turn one. I was knocked out briefly, but came out of the car virtually unscathed. I did have some sore neck and back muscles for a couple of weeks, but considering what my body went through, I was very fortunate that there wasn't any major injuries.

As I scroll through your website, it's very apparent that you build a winning product, BUT I wanted to commend Triple XXX for building a SAFE race car!! Although some of the tubes were bent, NOT ONE WELD WAS BROKEN OR CRACKED!! This is a testament to the safety and quality measures made to keep us drivers safe within your product."
