After that terific show by the Golden State Challenge 410's at Tulare, went up to Hanford for another GSC show. Well they did it again! Outstanding racing with Tim Kaeding pulling off the most thrilling finish I ever saw.Would be great if Perris could schedule a GSC race. Once you have seen the GSC, the Outlaws will seem pathetic.

They do put on a very good show. We tried to schedule them or NARC quite a few years back Dave. At the time they would come down if it was a full weekend event. Saturday night and a Sunday afternoon/twilight show. Understandable, but would not work economically.

Living in northern ca i see the GSC quite a bit will agree most of their shows are great. Would be great to see a show at Perris. Agree with the Outlaws statement. I travel to Perris 2-3 times a year also enjoy the USAC/CRA shows. Perris is a great place.

How about a co-sanctioned GSC vs ASCS SW region (winged guys from AZ)
or are thier rules to far apart?

The following night at Tulare was outstanding as well! TK is an animal right now. Great drives by Larson and BK coming from row six to the podium. Very cool to see Ronnie Day, Brad Furr, and Eric Rossi again. Been a while since I seen those guys wheel a sprinter.

racerdon,
I felt the same way until a couple weeks ago until I went to the GSC and USAC 360 show at Tulari. That was the best Wing Sprint Car show I have ever seen. Maybe it was the Thunderbowl track, I don't know but the Northern California Wing Boys made quite an impression on this long time Non Wing fan. I don't know if the show would be as good at the PAS but I would not miss going if they ever came to town.

Tulare is just one bad assed little joint. Dave Maher you should really make plans for the Trophy Cup event in the fall. It is outstanding action!

For you recent wing nuts here is a show that I consider a must see. Trohy Cup, Oct 22 and 23. If you saw TK put on those shows the last 2 weeks, check out his win at last years cup, 24th to the win. on this link.

Might just change my handle to BigTkFan.

I was at the Trophy Cup last year when TK made that run from dead last to win that deal. Absolute incredible drive. Everyone in the house that night knew we were witnessing something special.

There's a guy running up to the fence out of turn four cheering on TK with each lap. Oak, PLEASE tell me you weren't "hitting the sauce" again.
