Was coming home from work. Just got off the Turnpike at route 66/ 39th street heading into yukon to my house and i watched that Tornado that touched down around 5 or so from the street. Wish i had a video camera for me cause it was awesome. More Proof that i live in oklahoma thought,, about 6:15pm out here i finished mowing the yard. One hour Tornado, next hour Mowing the yard,, ONLY IN OKLAHOMA.

The live coverage from the Weather Channel has been jaw dropping the last 2 hours.
And that live clip from the helicopter showing the tornado crossing the road (I think it was I-35) and that truck flipping was just unreal.
Hope you are all OK up there!

I was working up by Wakita when the first tornado came through.. I was bout 15 mins ahead of it. I did however see the armored truck that you see drive into tornadoes on that storm chasers show..

Got gas at Loves at I-40 & Choctaw Rd at about 3- 3:15 pm.
About 2 hrs later Loves got hit by the tornado.
I hope everyone who was there as either employee or customer or trucker is OK.

I am doing ok. We had some baseball size hail here. Roof got a beating and car windows got knocked out. Sounded like Santa Randy came to visit early lol.
It was kinda scary here for a bit. The Moore tornado came within a few blocks to the south of me.

I am concerned as it isn't like him, has anybody heard from Brian Wolfe? He lives in Cromwell if I recall and I understand it was hit pretty hard. Please let me know as he hasn't replied to three of my texts.

I was coming back to the city from a trip to Poteau this morning, watching the tornado as I rushed westbound on I-40. Passed Choctaw Rd maybe 5 mins before the tornado came across I-40. It was a close call at the house too. Some hail damage to the cars. Everyone is unhurt and accounted for.
