The Tulsa Fairgrounds made an agreement with Tulsa promotor Emmett Hahn to hold races at the old Drillers Stadium at the Tulsa Fairgrounds. The races would feature midgets and micros. After a few articles in the Tulsa World county commissioner Karen Keith backed out of the contract for racing at the old Tulsa drillers stadium due to neighbors complaints. Let hope this in not a dead issue yet .... Would love to see more racing in Tulsa .... Just finished sending an e-mail to Karen Keith. Thanks.
