This half hour show is the premier episode of "Inside the UMSS" on midwestracingtalk.com where you can hear driver interviews, race recaps and much more every week throughout the 2010 season and beyond. In this first installment of Inside the UMSS host Stan Meissner recaps the season opener that took place at Kopellah on Friday April 23. Join us as we talk to Scotty Thiel, the driver of the #64 that was destroyed in a hard impact with the wall which led to a nasty flip. Next Stan talks to Feature winner Dave Becker about his big win and what he hopes to accompish during the 2010 season. Finally Stan interviews Ron Erickson, grandson of the late Jerry Richert Sr. and nephew of Jerry Richert Jr. and Brooke Tatnell. Ron is one of the UMSS Rookie of the Year contenders and has ten years of expeirence helping out on his uncle Jerry's crew. Finally we'll look ahead to the next race which is scheduled to take place at the Kopellah Speedway this Friday, April 30.
