from t-mac's web page
Owner Tod Quiring has inserted Sammy Swindell in the Big Game Treestands #24 while TMAC is on the mend. “Starting at the Jackson WoO race on May 1, Sammy Swindell will be driving the Big Game Treestands #24 in replacement of the injured Terry McCarl,” he says. “A complete schedule is yet to be determined. Stay tuned.”

Sammy would be foolish not to run with the Outlaws in one of the top rides. Dean Jacobs jumped in that car subbing for Tmac a few years back and won an outlaw race. That car is proven . Sammy could make far more money running with the Outlaws.Nothing against the ASCS but money talks. I think a regular Outlaw show pays double in all finishing positions plus far more races.

Please don't let this get into one of those "one series aginst another series!"
All series have their place.
From info posted I "assume" Sammy was asked to fill in for T-Mac and he replied, "Yes!"
Let it go at that.
thanx

Dirt is for racing, asphalt is for the parking lot.

Good to see Sammy get the ride, but also bummed for Terry as I was hoping to see him at Knoxville more this season. Get well Terry and give em' hell Sammy.

You know as far as a driver goes its hard to beat Slammin Sammy but acoming from the "fan" side of things, Sammy Swindell has the personality of a cinch bug!! Hope Tmac makes a speedy recovery!!

Sammy is a great choice; be nice to see the Sammy and Steve rivalry fire up one more time. I do know that Brian Brown was asked, but couldn't due to sponsorship obligations.
