this had been posted on the ocean speedway site last week:
Apr 07 - Wristbands From Rainout For Immediate Release....
As a reminder to all those who have a pit pass from last Fri nights rainout.(4/2/2010)...that individual wristband is only good at the next scheduled event for the class that it was issued. I.E. ...American Stock= Next American Stock event...Wingless Sprint= Next Wingless Sprint event etc....after the next event for any class that was scheduled to participate last Fri (4/2/2010)-pit passes for that class will not be honored. We apologize for the confusion but this will be the easiest and best possible way for Ocean Speedway to honor the pit passes that were paid for.Please have your Ocean Speedway license or other form of photo ID ready so that we may cross check the 4/2/2010 waiver and release that you signed on 4/2/2010 prior to getting you wristband for that night. Thanks in advance for your co-operation and we'll see you at the races!!
so if you sprint car people who plan on going in the pits have arm bands from the rain out, remember to bring them so you don't have to pay again to get in, as the track has stated they will only be honored at the next event for your class. use 'em or lose 'em people!

i was not yet in the track when the show was cancelled (i was standing just outside the pit gate)so i do-not have an armband but in defence of the ones that do have the arm bands from 4-2-2010 it was clearly stated over the pa system that the armbands would be good for any other regular race this season ?

That's bullshit......they never said that at the track when i bought my pit pass.....they need to give more then one race....i won't be at the next race...and dam if i am not going to bring it too the following sprint car race and i better be let in..

Halley's Comet last appeared in 1986. If you missed it it will come by again in 2061. Don't lose that wristband.
