I see they announced they will be running 7/8 at LaSalle Speedway. I am so glad they didn't go back to rt.66 in Joliet, it was a dust bowl a terribly overpriced because it was in conjunction with the Chicagoland NASCAR race. Lets support this race so they return next year!!!!
Bring back Santa Fe, and LaSalle .

Great news. Lasalle is my favorite track to watch the Outlaws and it's only an hour from home.

Route 66 was overpriced before they even finished building the NASCAR track. It's a dust bowl because there has never been regular racing there, and there hasn't been anything but demo derbies there for years.

What a shame that the track does not get used more. With all the local tracks that have closed and here is one that never gets used. We went there for a few WOO shows. Track always sucked and expensive to go there.

Only an hour for me as well. I haven't seen a good Outlaws show in Illinois since they closed Sante Fe. I see the IRA guys are scheduled to run at Kankakee on 6/25/10 too!!!! It will be nice to see some sprint races in the area again. I haven't been to Kankakee in years but am sure it will be fun.
