Kennedale TX (3/11/10) by DarinShort.com. The 2010 points season kicks off in a big way this Saturday, March 13, at Cowtown Speedway when the colorful Sprint Series of Texas (SST) rolls into town.
A solid field of 30+ sprint cars are expected and will run a complete show of heats, B-feature and A-feature.
Joining the SST will be the season points opener for the Performance Transmissions raceTX.com Limited Modifieds, LSDCC.com Dwarf Cars, Cowtown Winged 600's and Bombers.
Plus, March 13 will be the only 2010 scheduled appearance of the Young Guns Shootout.
Hot laps will take place around 6:30pm with the first green flag set to drop at 7pm. Adult ticket prices are just $12, with kids 3-5 $2, and youth 6-11 $5. Tickets are available for purchase online at the track website.
