I generally stay out of a comment like this and I hope nobody gets their undies in a bunch but I'd have to say that is safe money. Brent would probably openly admit at this point in his career that he's not interested in running the big halfs that are out in PA. HOWEVER - put him on anything they have out there 3/8ths and smaller he'll give em all a run for their money regardless of where the track is located.

I would say the same about the legendary HK! I would bet that he could still give them all a run for it.

If you ask Howard he'll tell you he hasn't retired but that he simply hasn't had anybody offer him a ride good enough to strap back in and give em' hell again. I got to see his last win at Watsonville that wasn't a "senior" or "master" event in 1990something and I had no idea I was witnessing history.
