When will a decision be made if Saturday will be cancelled? Also if Saturday is cancelled what will the start time be for Sunday or will it be the same as Saturday.

There is no set time on when a decision will be made. It all depends on the weather conditions. We are at the mercy of Mother Nature.
If the race gets moved to Sunday, the times will be the same as Saturday. Gates will open at 1:00 PM, qualifying at 3:00 and the first race at 5:45.
