Wow it would really be cool to send out letters to all the Hotel and Motel and get them to hold there tax money until a commitment to upgrade the grandstands was met.
I hold a grudge.

"Fraud"- A MAYOR saying the future of the speedway is solid if the hotel/motel tax is passed, AND THEN DENYING ANYTHING SAID OF THE SORT.
These people are NOT morons..... They are "Political Thugs". There are quite a few similarities floating around these people that remind me of the 5 mob families of New York--but this time, the infidels are the city government.
everybody knows......................................

It was an injunction proceedings, although I cannot tell from the information here, what the subject was. I can do some research on it.

This was a published opinion in the regional reporter. It was seeking a declaratory judgment and a writ demanding that the city government produce records pertaining to the lease of the land that the Bass Pro Shops store sits on in Bricktown. At issue were financials of Bass Pro, given to the city under the presumed purpose of "determining credit-worthiness." That would have fallen outside of the scope of the Open Records Act. I wouldn't be surprised if Bass Pro is leasing the property for $1 or some nominal amount, and I think that is what Citizens Against Taxpayer Abuse was trying to find.
