I wouldn't expect a whole bunch of non-woo teams there. Save money and go to the USAC National and CRA traditional sprint car race there on Thursday - better show and very fan friendly ($$). Plus you get a bonus as the National USAC Midgets as well as the Western States Midgets will be in action that evening. Just my opinion.

i saw both shows last year and the outlaw show was way better then the usac boys...by far! this year might be different...im wondering if they will even be able to have 24 410s there this year....not gonna pay 35 bucks for a week field of cars...gotta be able to fill an a main for that kind of ticket price!

I have to disagree with you. Last the USAC put on the best show hands down. I would rather go see the outlaws over usac but usac put on the better show

Chris Blair has wrote that Fred Rahmer will be there
Couple Northwest cars have said they were coming
Last years USAC show (track) was a tire eating machine it was raining rubber
WoO show was much better
Looking forward to being there this weekend

Can anybody comment on what they expect the track surface to do? I've seen some pretty crappy conditions in the past although i have not really heard anything good or bad for awhile.

Jesse Hockett will be at East Bay this weekend defending his King of the 360's title. Add Brad Sweet to the list in Vegas though.

Some of the PA Posse is definitely heading West this weekend, and for the duration of the spring West Coast trip. Rahmer will be at Vegas and Pittman will be there, too, in his Keen Motorsports car, as well as at Tulare and the Kilgore-Houston weekend. Dewease has Texas on his schedule, too. Forecast also looks good. The stands were packed last year for an exciting night. New double-file restarts in the A-main will be pretty exciting in front of full grandstands.
