That's from To Please a Lady, a movie made in the late 1940s. At the beginning there's some incredible Midget action on a 1/4 mile, the kind of track that Midgets were meant for.

Yeah, I'll be working to bring the midget race and the Arlington, Texas footage up soon.

Nice! Wish there'd been some live audio of the engine sounds. Interesting to note that they still haven't managed to figure out a fool proof refueling method.

I kept the audio for these and the other racing shots. If the demand is there, I'll put those out as well.
