I think this is a huge announcement. i cant believe there are no comments on here.

Jack Hewitt can drive anything. I went to the World 100 at Eldora in 1994. For you open wheel guys, it is a Late Model race. There were 222 cars there and even being just a very part time Late Model racer, Jack set fast time. Unfortunetly, he blew 2 engines that weekend.

Does anyone have a picture of his stable of blue number 21 race cars sitting in the water fall? That is probably the most awesome Race car promtional picture I have ever seen.

To be honest I really didn't read the PR message beyond the first sentence where it said he would be the Grand Marshall. *note - To the PR flacks that write stuff that ends up posted in here, make sure you spit it all out in the beginning and give details later - end note. The last time I saw him he wasn't in any shape to be driving a race car so it's good to hear that he is driving the 2-seater. I don't think anyone has ever been happier or more grateful to run the Indy 500 than Jack. Great man, great driver.

Yes it is there fer sure. Jack Hewitt Raw. Best interview of a sprint car driver ever - even though it is x rated. Best of luck to Kevin Montgomery and all of the race teams this weekend.
