Maybe it's me, but your spreadsheet is impressive in it's complexity...and so colorful too....
Just a few suggestions since you're taking the time to do this....
Do the sheet in one color - preferably black type on a white background....and increase the type size, too.
Simplify, simplify, simplify...create multiple spreadsheets, each containing the individual driver data. The individual sheets can contain all of the driver data that you want to, but a summary spreadsheet that is linked to all driver sheets NECESSARY data should be enough.....
Like I said, these are just suggestions; it's up to you to make them user friendly if you people to view them......
