(Fremont, OH) The Wednesday, Feb. 3 edition of the Last Lap FAST Cast will feature a legend, a rookie and a report on how the racing is going in Florida.
Hosts Scott Barman and Brian Liskai will talk with Fly'n Fred Linder who was recently elected to the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame. The two-time champion of the All Star Circuit of Champions joins fellow Ohioans in the hall such as Brad Doty, Jack Hewitt, Kenny Jacobs, Jac Haudenschild and Rick Ferkel. Fred, who has worked for ProShocks since his driving retirement, is in Florida and will talk about his induction and the changes in sprint car racing in 2010.
Also on the program will be rookie late model driver Kyle Perry of Perrysburg, Ohio. The teenager got his start in quarter midgets and strapped into a wheel-hiking late model late in the year at Attica Raceway Park.
The show will wrap up with Ross "The Computer Man" Paulson calling in from Florida to give updates on how the drivers are adapting to the new Goodyear tires and their opinions on the double-file restarts implemented by the World of Outlaws.
