Sorry - the 20 car was taken in Cedar Rapids - when it was still a flat dirt fairgrounds track.

Bob Trostle, owner of the 20 car talks about the old days at CR when it was banked, telling driver how much they'd like it and when they got there, the banking had been cut all out of it. Wasn't long before it was paved. Said the banked track, which those pics look like they are from, was a great track.

If it was 1977, I'm going to say Ray Wilnach, Dallas, TX in the 16, but it may be Bobby Allen (I'm leaning against it looking at the guys working on the car). The 03 was Randy Smith as a hired gun, I believe...
