Congrats to Ian!! We were there when he won earlier in Jan. I don't think anyone needs to refer to him as " Kerry's brother" as he is quite a racer in his own right! I'll bet Joe's pretty proud right about now!!!

Joe was real pleased as you might imagine.

Two for the season with more to come, although the word on the street is that Ian has been picked up by a West Australian owner to race the final World Series rounds in Perth, along with the King of Wings and then the Krikke boys memorial in Bunbury ... all in February.

So we may not see too much of him at PCR this month.

Heavy track, just what the fans like---moist track + 850 HP in a lightweight car = fast wheel-standing action! The Madsen boys had the whole country covered that night. Pretty unusual. Robbie Farr also had a good weekend over at Speedway City getting a big win.

Adding $6 trillion of debt in his 1st term and now if
elected again he wouldn't have to worry about an
electorate in 2016 so the sky is the limit. And his EPA
would continue to put the screws to oil drilling and
mining for coal. Can you say bankruptcy.

I think it was a return that Troy would have been pleased with.

Considering the track has abandoned time trialling and returned to the old format of each driver having two (reverse grid) heats in order to get through to the A, from memory Troy started towards the back in heat 1 and finished around 6th.

In his 2nd heat he went backwards a bit starting 3rd and finishing 4th. Qualified off the front row of the B to start 21st in the A where he was immediately up on the high line which was the Troy of old. Drove well to finish 11th.

Bullrings forever. You are always going to have good racing on the smaller tracks, not so on the big half-mile tracks.
