Now that the schedule is set and teams are locked in heres my top 5, Jason Meyers champion 2nd saldana 3rd schatz 4th sides and 5th steve kinser. Two weeks until another greatest show on dirt season starts.
Dirt is for racing, asphalt is for the parking lot.

i think Dollansky will have another great year. he has everything he is used to and likes. I think he will be a top 3 contender every night again. I hope this is the best year yet for The Crowd Pleaser.

I hope Dollansky has a great year too. He was so strong in 08 and after struggling last year, he is definitely ready to get back to his strong finishes.
I would love to see Meyers win the championship. They started the year off slow last year and if they can be strong all year long like they were at the end of last year... they should have it.
I'm really looking forward to see how The King races in a car that he doesn't own. Not having to pay the bills for the #11 this year... will he take more chances or race harder? I would love to see him get his 21st championship as well.
Then again... Schatz will be tough and you can't count him out as much as we want to.

Prediction.... Goodyear tires suck... and it will be a very unpredictable year....
If goodyear can't make a decent tire for Napcar... with all their effort, experience, and money...
why would you be to believe they can just comeback and put out a good tire after not making
anything (sprint car wise) for about 10 years....
hope I am wrong...
Small prediction... if goodyears are allowed at mini gold cup, the hoosiers will be better.

I'm sure the Vegas oddsmakers (who do this for money and not outta spite) have Schatz the favorite to pick up # 5. No doubt Meyers and Saldana will both be in the top five. After that, lots of talent.
Adding $6 trillion of debt in his 1st term and now if
elected again he wouldn't have to worry about an
electorate in 2016 so the sky is the limit. And his EPA
would continue to put the screws to oil drilling and
mining for coal. Can you say bankruptcy.

Meyers need a good start to the season! Saldana and that team need to be good every nite. If they just look for wins and not just good runs it will be like last year. Winning twenty or more races does not win champions if you are finishing 18, 21, 24. I would like to see jason sides with another good run. I am so really for another season. I wish i could afford to go to the first race. At least there is dirtvision.

In my experience, the Goodyears were better after some testing.
And they have always been around, just not allowed at too many tracks.

One can only hope that Kraig will do better now that he's out of the penalty box.... question is can Steve turn that team around ... if he can't Smoke may finally have to make some changes.

Kraig will win more races than Steve. Don't get me wrong i still think he is the KING and always will be. Steve will do the best the 20 has done since Danny because he was smart enough to get it away from Jimmy Carr. Good luck to the Kinser"s. The KING and the return of the Prince.

really, they're running out of the same shop? THe photos I saw of parts / pieces for the Bass Pro 11 sure looked like they were in Tony's shop to me (unless Schatz is running out of the Kinser shop as well...

they all will be running the same junk tires with the same options for stagger, so whether it's Goodyear; Hoosier, Firestone or Michelan really don't matter they will all have the same chances to excel or fail with them. It will be the excuse used though for everyone that finishes 2nd on back to whoever wins the championship this year.
Myers
S. Kinser
Saldana
Schatz
Lasoski

I love the Dollansky followers year after year. Is it faith? Blind devotion? Lack of logic? God bless them... his car looks cool this year. The Dethroner! Crowd pleaser! lol
I think someone won an awful lot of races last year and has been ready to win this thing for a LONG time. This is the year that Joey Saldana does it.
Schatz is still a surprise to me... and has done extremely well. Passed everyone's favorite bus driver in "been there, done that" street cred IMO at least. Mark who?
Tough to string together 2 great seasons let alone 5 or 9 or whatever... but Schatz can't keep doing it... can he?
Tune in to this same Batchannel, same Battime to find out!!!!!

I think its saldanas turn this year. Meyers has been very close every year and last year it came down to the final race. Schatz obviously will be up there but I don't think one for the thumb is in his cards this season. We shall see. I'm actually excited to see a real rookie of the year battle. How do they award that anyways? highest one in the points standings at the end of year?
