Is it just me or is two heat each per driver each night a little on the excessive side? that's 28 heat races to watch over two nights.

Your getting old. 28 heats at your countries most exciting track (in my mind anyways) is just fine.

You should be on Sprintcarworld's payroll. You use enough stuff from there and post it here without giving any credit from where you get it from.

I have permission to use stuff from Sprintcarworld,do you??

Hey why not another 2 heats for all of them, 28 is such a low number (sarcasm meter going off the charts! lol), it'd give the coulda woulda shoulda drivers even more of a chance to clam up.

I can put up with just about any crap at the speedway but WWS heats bore me too, I'd rather see a driver work the alphabet than add and add points in a never ending procession of heat races.

You've never been to Premier Speedway have you Steve?? There is nothing boring about that place. I like the multiple sets of heats,if its on a racy track. I've been lucky Premier has always been racy when I was there, thats why it was love at first sight.

If you wanna see the alphabet, better come to the Chili Bowl for Saturdays race. There are so many alphabet races, you'll love it. Personally we dont show up till the C mains start.

My CULT FOLLOWING followed me,we just post elsewhere now.Surprised you havent found it yet.

I would love that heat racing format. I wish more events mixed it up like that. More racing is always a good thing for the fans entertainment value.

I think this is exactly what the Outlaws need. The heats at almost all Outlaw races I attend are freight train exhibitions. Then you have the Dash which generally is single file and pointless. They move along so quickly it seems the track often isnt ready for multigrooved action. If they were to have more heats the track would be better for the main event in my opinion. At least thats how it seems here in California where there tends to be alot of hooked up fast track surfaces. Just my 2 pesos worth.

After thinking about it for a bit, maybe its time for Premier Speedway to add an extra night for the Classic. Have 2 qualifying nights like Knoxville does, plus the World Challenge. 2 sets of heats per driver,c main,b main,A main each night.

Saturday nights final could have 1 round of heats for the top 40 cars, then on to the alphabet leading up to the Classic.

I think you're right, ASQ, with 80 cars they could easily divide up the heats into two nights, 40 cars each night would be fine, a buddy of mine who went down for the week (Avalon, Mt Gambier and Warrnambool) said the first night ended around 2am... that's a bit late with no rain delays.

We've just made the Classic even more classic-al. wink
