The Attorney for Lanny and the ORA was told by Judge Owens that the show of support by the Racing Community at tomorrows closing arguments will greatly benefit our case and his final decision.

Todays turn out of support was somewhat disappointing, although we did fill the small Court Room but we expected to fill the hallways. There was plenty of good testimony on our behalf as reported in other post.

Allot of people took off work today to make a showing, but unfortunately some of us cannot take off two days in a row so we need any and all of you that can attend to show up for tomorrows proceedings.

Dress accordingly for Court, be polite, and from suggestion of our Attorney's.....DO NOT speak to the media outside the Court Room.

This is a stepping stone to Save State Fair Speedway. If the ruling goes in our favour we will still have a battle on our hands to preserve the track for the long run. But it buys us time to get more facts and figures together to present that case for losing the Speedway.

DO NOT say or do anything inside or outside the Court House that will be a detriment to our cause.

If a complete different crowd of people that appeared today could show up tomorrow it would show Judge Owens our passion and would have a definite influence on his decision.

There are several other points I could mention... but I have already written a novel (OKCFan) fashion.

"Uncle A" fashion....We were there.....where were you.

I agree 100 percent with Uncle. Everyone if you can come out and support the track in this issue. There is plenty of room in the hallways to have people out in there. Lets show the Judge that our community does care for this racetrack.

So please call all your friends, family memebers, fellow racers, anyone involved in the racing community as this is huge for us.

The hearing will resume @ 1:30 at the Oklahoma County Courthouse Room 304 Judge Owens. Please try and be there about 1:00.
