from what i here, phones go unanswered. Orders not being shipped on a timely basis(or at all) I would have thought after a new management team was in place, things would change. So far, same as ususal.. Kinda hard for the Aussie owner to control from such a long distance

And that's why they need another person there to answer the phones...I've worked for a sprint car manufacturer in Springfield, and I can tell you, there's hardly a phone call that lasts less than 15 minutes.

They need help and that's why they're advertising this position.
