With some drivers racing other series and the bad economy who is still going to be racing with the GSC series?
Tyler Walker is going to PA- due to his comments he won't be missed by me...
Kyle Hirst is racing with the ASCS- nice guy and great racer- will be very missed!
What about Jon Allard, BK, Bud, TK, Jason Statler, Evan Suggs, Kyle Larson, Brandon Carey, Brent Bjork, and any other racer who races with the GSC part time? Anyone know their plans for the season?
Got any insider info GT?
How about the Civil War series?
Looking forward to the new Golden State King of the
West series schedule!

Great post .... I was wondering the same thing. The GSC has the best schedule I have seen in years. It has all the traditional stops plus they added Marysville & Kings this year. They also added the Western Speedweeks "on the road to Skagit". You couldn't ask for a better schedule. I hope we have some 410's this year. Regardless, the GSC always puts on a awesome show for the fans. With Tyler gone, that will open up 9 wins for someone!
Alissa Geving is running CW and Petaluma this year. I though they were running Chico but they must of had trouble finding a 410 and they changed back to 360's again. She is going for 3 track titles in a row.

I think this years gsc will be a good season I look for some new winners this year and bk to return to the top of the points for another crown. I believe tk is on a similar schedule as last year hopefully with a few more stops with the gcs
get balls and run the top!!!

Mike Henry is running Civil War and judging by last year he should give Sean Becker a pretty good run for the title this season. Add in Andy Forsberg teaming up with Brian Cannon and it should make for a good 3-way fight for the Civil War crown.
Also interested in seeing how Justin Sanders does with Vertullo. Justin seems like a guy that isn't afraid to stand on the gas and it should be good for him to get to more tracks this season.
As for GSC I think some of the guys plans are still up in the air somewhat, but hopefully all those mentioned will be able to run most of the schedule. Ken Fredenburg is coming back as well after sitting out the last half of the year.
