looking for some old ""Checkerd Flag" Tulsa's channel 3 racing shows.i only have one with 1990 NCRA MAPS won by (NCRA)Mike Peters in the black #29 Sprinter and (MAPS) Dean Bayouth in his red 12 Super modifide. Im going to try to put both features on youtube.com soon

i just bought a VHS to DVD recorder and looking for some more videos of " Checkerd Flag" shows.

i have almost all of those...plus some of the later tv 47 shows.....will dig around for them....have some okc stuff as well. winternats from like 84-85?.....will get with you this summer @ races.............

I got one of the Creek County ASCS shows from the 90's where Emmett is helping commentate and one of the NCRA outlaw sprint shows from Tulsa Speedway as well. I will have to look at the date.

I am in the process of converting all my 200 plus races from VHS to DVD and that includes my whole collection of NCRA champ dirt car shows from the 1984 race season. Right now I have the Devils Bowl opener, the Muskogee race and the first from Tulsa Speedway (fairgrounds) for the 1984 race season. This is the show where Crawford ran over a right rear entering turns three and four and barrel rolled off the track.

Again I have the rest of that season, including video from Knoxville where our NCRA guys went up there and Jerry Stones wheel broke going into turn three and flipped over the wall. Pretty scary stuff.

If I can get smart enough to figure out it (doubtful, help wanted) then I will post these on youtube.

Oh and also have the clip from Sportscene where Carson and Durrett were on and they showed Johnny Potters fiery crash where he slowed going into turn three, got slammed from behind and burst into flames.
