Coming off a 2008 campaign that saw Springfield, Illinois sprint car racer Jordan pick up his first career feature win late in the season at the Tom Knowles Memorial, prospects looked up for the 18 year old driver in the '09 season. Jordan raced a total of 30 nights in '09 and registered two 2nd place finishes, with the first runner-up result coming at the Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invaders stop at Morgan County Speedway on August 21, followed by another 2nd place finish at Lake Ozark Speedway on August 29. Goldesberry also turned in two 3rd place finishes in O' Reiley Midwest All Star Series competition at Indiana's Lawrenceburg Speedway on May 9 and at Danville, Illinois' Vermillion County Speedway on June 13. Glancing at the overall results reveals that the third-year sprint driver earned 10 top ten A-Main finishes. Jordan picked up about an equal amount of 360 & 410 experience running with the World of Outlaws, All Stars, Midwest All Stars, Sprint Invaders, American Sprint Car Series as well as several independent races. The team chased races from Ohio to Texas.
Looking forward to the 2010 campaign, the nineteen year old speedster will continue to pursue as much 410 racing as possible, racing when and where it makes the most sense in regard to the team's goals.
