No disrespect intended. And boy, I did badly miss. My recount shows eleven previous posters with me make the 12th. One reported car owner, good chance others have money invested in racing, too. As for me, I do not, but if I had money I would. Until then, I'll continue to "like" contributing my "speculation and the voicing of opinion" urr, continue to put my five dollars up against powerslave's in the friendly who's got the biggest....., shoe contest.
I do stand by the opinion I tried to make earlier and now will add to.
Tony Stewart's body of work shows he is smart and good at the things he wants to be good at. The reason I like the WOW!-ness from this evolution at TSR is I expect in time, we'll all (even the haters) find this latest move growing much bigger than any championship or three.

I just saying build a winning team like KKR, Elite Racing. These teams have stuck with the same people and are winnign races. I'm not saying nothigbad about Tony personally just saying that "TSR" has the resourse to do the same but they who ever run the whole operation doesn't seem to care about much of anything but collecting a pay check. I been around the races for many years and watch the mechanic quit on the last 3 drivers (Lasoski, McMahan, and Kraig). If you look at succsesful teams they stay together for more thing 2 years (Shatz & Warner, Karl &Steve,Walker & NMI, Meyers & Lindsay, Kemenah and his brother, Joey and Willie) just to name a few. The 20 car crew has had a I don't give a F!@# about anything just get me my check attitude. Hope Steve can pick up this team or is TSR gonna help him down like they did the last 2 drivers. This is JMO. and we are all entitled to it!!!!

Coupla thoughts...
One of the weakest arguments I read on this board is the "if you're not a driver or an owner... you know nothing" attitude. Really? If you've ever sponsored a car or worked on a car as a crew member... do you know anything? Does it qualify you as worthy in the eyes of fellow posters? If so... WHEW... what a relief... I know something. Followers of a sport CAN know a thing or 2 about it. Signing your name on the bottom of a check buying sprint car parts, etc. gives a lot of respect (it BETTER!) from most of us but there are plenty of people that know about sprint car racing that have never bought a Hoosier tire or a Weld wheel.
What is this obsession with "other people's money"??? Are posters here so misguided that they think BPS would just cut Tony a check to sit at home? He has to do promotional work or provide a car for advertising purposes. I'll bet my last nickel that Tony's USAC and WoO teams have required quite a bit of personal $$$. I wish people were a little more appreciative that Tony is running a team vs. being resentful that he has sponsors. He could pull a Jeff Gordon and sit at home in Manhattan dwelling on how great he once was or he could do what he's doing... owning race teams and racing on quite a bit of dirt himself, pouring $$$ into one of the legendary stadiums of our sport and putting on multiple huge events each year.

I tell how to fix this TSR issue with some of you posters, GO GET YOUR OWN MONEY, BUILD YOUR OWN TEAM, AND HIRE WHOEVER THE HELL YOU WANT TO.
At least tony is keeping cars on the WoO tour.
PS Didnt KKR have a second car this year that sucked ass, but no-one bitches about willie kahne screwing that deal up
LONG LIVE JIMMY CARR
Losing is natures way of saying you suck.

as far as tony goes, he has all the money in the world so get over it. he can do whatever his money can buy him. if you had it would you not try to be the best in sprint car racing? hell yes you would.
as far as kinser goes, we all know he is near the end and not in contentiion for any more championships. if you were driving kinsers car and did not have to pay the bills would you do it? hell yes you would.
as far as kraig goes, who cares, he just has the name. couldn't make it in arca or the trucks. he is a great kid but a mediocre driver at best. if you had the chance to drive daddys car with the woo all year and not spend a dime of your own money. would you do it? hell yes you would.
yes we all assumed that steve would fade off into the sunset driving the #11 quaker state ride. how quaint that would be...!!
Ascot was the greatest of all time..
West Capital wasn't half bad either..
Life is good...

Why is this a question? Just be glad we have owners like tony and kasey and all the others, it would be hard to have a series without them. Like everyone else said use your money and do it the way you want.

How typical. The jealousy of some people is absolutely amazing. Bunch of never-wases and never-will-bes berating those who have and will.

Hey bluteam,I like that 1.I'm a Kinser fan but damn i don't like that move either.Come on Meyers put it to em next year and win that 1st championship!!

Maybe, just Maybe Bass Pro Wanted a big name in their car that would produce results, well they got one; The King of the outlaws, the best in the business. A lot of bang for the buck.Plus it allows him the opportunity to put his son in the 11k . I will guarentee that Steve will be competative for the championship, plus Scott and Rick get along real well together, even though they won't be in the same shop they will be sharing notes, and that will make the 15 and the 11 better. Plus Donnie has a lot of respect for the King. They will both do well. Look out competition.

How can they share notes? Aren't they using different chassis?

Uh, don't you think that everyone ought to wait until the season starts and a few races are held before we assess their performance as a team.......

Here's a thought....quit yakkin' about it and advance your clocks to February 6 so we can get to Volusia Speedway and see some 'firsts' ! Here's your side-by-side dance card in the pits; 15,11,11k,7S. Cool ! Hell, that's a firsts in and of itself.
