I thought everyone might want a look at the track at Kemper Arena. This weekend things get started with the No Bull Small Car Nationals. Karts, Quads, and Micros take to the 1/20th dirt track the crew has put together inside Kemper.

Everyone involved comes to this years event with a more hopeful outlook. Everyone has had much more time to get everything ready. The dirt has had time to dry out and be shaped into a racing surface racers will really like.

After walking the track and feeling it with my feet you can tell this is going to be a different event. The infield is longer and they have also put about a foot of banking into the corners. 40 feet wide in the corners, 35 wide in the straightaways. This has the look and feel of a race track.

Danny Lasoski talks with the Cheese Works about the track and changes for this year. Then with the "Dude" at the wheel we take a lap with the man. You'll want to come along for this ride. Enjoy.

Too many classes of cars again this year. I wasn't there last year but read all about it and not much was good. 300+cars, monster scheduling problems, problems with the dirt/clay they brought in, problems with air circulation system so doors were opened, etc. And it was freezing cold outside, caused by global warming I assume. On the good side, it was the first year and they will learn from their mistakes. Just wish I could be there for the midget action.

Adding $6 trillion of debt in his 1st term and now if
elected again he wouldn't have to worry about an
electorate in 2016 so the sky is the limit. And his EPA
would continue to put the screws to oil drilling and
mining for coal. Can you say bankruptcy.
