That is truly inspiring. Page's mom/Parnelli's wife says at the end, "he's my hero". He's our hero too and has came a long way in his struggle. When you strap into a race car, especially an open wheel car, bad things often happen. PJ, you are one handsome dude too!

Over the many years that we have attended the Chili Bowl we have seen some of the most thrilling racing that we can remember.I have been a fan for well over 50 years(my husband for much longer).To this day,we both rank the battle between Page and PJ at the Chili Bowl right at the top.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Very touching story and inspiring. This hits home hard with me since I almost lost my life at the same track just a couple of years earlier during a CRA sprint car race. Page has come a long way since his accident and I am amazed at the determination he has displayed in a otherwise dire situation. He has a great wife and kids and should be blessed. I know I am very fortunate to have my great family and I still race cuz of my passion to the sport. Page was one of the best drivers coming up and is doing even better now in the race of life. I will be donating and hope everyone else can as well.
