There is still hope for Enid next season, '' a little anyway ''. The fairboard is talking about looking into hiring a manager to run the track. The only problem I see is that the fairboard will have to spend there own money to pay the help, bills, insurance, track prep and everything else thats involved. But atleast there talking about maybe keeping it open.

I have said for some time now, that would be the smartest move for the fairboard.

Your right and now the drivers can go to the fairboard and get someting done if the manager is not doing his job.

its about time, did would be best for everyone involved. With the right person and ran correctly, it could be very profitable for the county. As for the track getting prepped, I bet the county already owns all the equipment that is needed.
Hope it happens so everyone can get rid of the bad taste left by the last promoters

This is not a for sure deal. Not right now anyway. It's just something I was told by a reliably source that the fairboard is considering it. But sure hope it does happen.
