Might fly down after work on Fri. Are the advanced tickets reserved seats? Will i find a seat
at 8:30 Fri nite? Any info would be appreciated.

No reserved seating at I-30. You will be able to still get a seat on friday night, maybe not prime seats but there will be seats towards the turns. If you were going to get there at 8:30 on Saturday I would say you might be out of luck but Friday is not as bad.

If you got there at 8:30 Sat. you'd have to walk a mile, probably, as you'd have to park on the access road to I-30 - the interstate. You have to get there early Sat. to get to park on the premises. People are allowed to put their blankets, etc. out early Thursday and leave them all weekend to "reserve" their seats (however one year I went back and my blanket had been untaped and thrown on the ground. Guess I got someone's favorite place.). Bring warm clothing as it looks like it will be a cold one.
