BUDWEISER OVAL NATIONALS PRACTICE FREE FOR FANS ON NOVEMBER 4TH!

(OCTOBER 21, 2009, PERRIS, CA) Perris Auto Speedway will hold its annual practice for the 14th Budweiser Oval Nationals on Wednesday night, November 4th. Spectator gates will open at 5:00 PM and as always, the practice will be free to fans in the grandstands.

"We started the Oval Nationals mid-week practice session about five years ago," promoter Don Kazarian stated on Tuesday. "It has been very popular for the visiting drivers and it gives early arriving fans from out of town and many local hardcore fans a chance to come out and size up the competition."

The practice, which is only open to cars entered in the Budweiser Oval Nationals, normally runs until approximately 9:00 PM. Fans are kept abreast of who is on the track over the PA and several driver interviews will take place throughout the night. Pizza and beverage concessions will be open on the night.

The Budweiser Oval Nationals is three nights of intense, full points paying races for the USAC National Sprint Car Series and the USAC/CRA Series. The Thursday and Friday preliminary nights will include qualifying, heat races, preliminary and A main events. The Oval Nationals will culminate on Saturday the 7th with the final main events of the weekend including the 40-lap Oval Nationals Championship A Main.
