We had a very very good turn out of cars, lots of spectators. The horsepower was present and the mud was flying great racing in all classes. It was fun watching all of the cars doing pace and hot laps as well. With a show like this I know the car count will be even bigger by next spring's Lloyd Ruby Memorial race.
Thanks to everyone that supported this event, we are looking forward to hosting it again next Fall.

Is this the car that was #65 owned and driven by Howard Bunch in1972 sponsored by S & H Garage? Can you give the history of this car? Who built it and what kind of car was used to build it.Would like to know.

This car was built and owned and driven by James Allen who lived in Wichita Falls there was a diferent driver but no one can give me a name. James built and raced this car in Wichita Falls in 60-61 the car and still is family owned sence 1960 it was bought from James by his brother in 1980 before James's passing in 82. This car is unrestored just the way he raced (exceped for the motor)in the60;s

Guys-
These shots are from the infield, and the person shooting them is a young kid trying to do a good job.........Thing is, HE DOES A HELL OF A JOB!
Do us all a favor, if you want these infield shots, get in touch with him and support his cause.
He does an awesome job and he deserves the reward.

Mr. Clark , just curious how big is your track ?, heck it looks bigger than Creek County in Kellyville.
