Is mike wilson the ascs announcer, or is he doing it just for racing boys? I know in jetmore they had a different announcer and mike wilson done just the urss 305 sprints. I know he use to do the urss, and dodge city raceway park. He is from around my area, so thats why I am wondering. Thanks. LETS GO RACIN!!

Think Mike Wilson has potential. Did a very good job announcing the 305 sprints from Jetmore on the ASCS National broadcast ,where he knew the cars and drivers. Give him time to learn the drivers and cars, gather info, and he will be better.

Mike did a much better job the second time around. I'm positive he will only get better. He is a little green but has a ton of talent. As you said give him some time to learn the drivers and their backgrounds..etc. I want to thank Randy Ward for the help this weekend, he is one of the very best at his craft. Young wannabe / future broadcasters can learn a lot of a guy like Randy.

Thanks to all that tuned into this weekends broadcast of The Lucas Oil ASCS Sprint Car Dirt series at Devils Bowl.

FYI...we will have both features with the call up on RacinBoys by tomorrow. Thanks to Jeff Converse from High Vista video for the extra help with the video.
