Mike Brooks always had beautiful sprint cars when he drove the Mickow 12 cars. He may well have won the 1980 Nationals if not for the Saturday night "fog out".

Brooks had them covered in 1980. If that is a night race, no way anyone touched that car and the first guy from Iowa would have won the Nationals.... damn it.
