WOW!!! You'll have to remind us when the 22ed and 23ed of what month we should be there.
I think I have the 22nd reserved for the birth of my baby and the 23rd for my wedding. Rain-out don't matter. It's all about the Judges decision to release my new bride, and when her water breaks.
