Maybe he should just sponsor somebody and enjoy the races as a sponsor, and not have all the drama that seems to come with the team.

What happened exactly? Why did they split after a win?

The guys car seems to run up front regardless of who is in the ride. He puts together a solid Knoxville team and is very competitive whomever is in the car.

the only time zomer did very well this year was when they were running zomers own motor...i agree and think BIG ED needs to get out of racing and anyone in their right mind after seeing the drama associated with giffords this year would not drive for him anymore..

WoO14, you seemed to have missed my question on one of your other threads, so I'll ask it here.........
Do you have a name? For as much as you run your mouth on here about Schatz, you sure seem to do it in a cowardly manner. Who exactly are you? Or are you gonna hide behind your keyboard like a coward some more?

Thats a good idea Woo 14....maybe BIG ED does need to leave. So we have one less freakin car owner. He might make an ass of himself sometimes but so has Danny Schatz, Dennis Roth, amongst others. He spends the money! So as far as "he needs to get out of racing". I hope not!!!! You won very many races WoO 14?

Forbrook-McCarl. That's a legitimate possibility.

If by "legitimate" you mean "never," then yes its a good chance that'll happen. You damn near knocked me out of my couch when I read that. Thanks for the laugh though!

There has already been a Forbrook-McCarl combination. Approximately 20 years ago, Guy Forbrook was in the Leonard McCarl 7X sprinter at Husets Speedway for the season opener. As I recall, Guy crashed the car, and they went their separate ways.
I remember seeing Guy race his #34b 360 racer. He was a gasser.
