After the races on Thursday night at the Gold Cup head on over to the Pavillion for Gold Cup Fantastic Finishes- a Tribute To The Gold Cup. A video history of Silver Dollar Speedway Gold Cups that covers most years from 1982 thru 2008. Happy hour beer prices and soft drinks and lots of historic moments from past years. It is free and it should be quite a bit of fun. Bench racing at it`s best. Big screen TV and plenty of room. Bring a lawn chair. Be there..........................................http://goldcup.silverdollarspeedway.com/2009/news/09/03.php.

Mike just finished the flier for the event, they will be posted around the fairgrounds and given to most of the people camping. Everyone I have talked is really excited to the old footage along with current things. We are having Tolar Sounds comiing out and put up the screen and sound system. Should be fun...

The video is just about done. I think it exceeds what I had hoped for. So many things that I had forgotten about and didn`t even know that I had. It is amazing how many Gold Cups Steve Kinser has won. He and the #11 are the only constant all the way through all these years.

Sounds like 'must see tv' to me. Wouldn't miss it.
