Don't worry about it jack*ss. Just keep your nose in PA so the rest of the sprint car world doesn't have to listen to you!

Actually BRR, you better worry about it. Schatz is going to clean up in PA and I'm going to love it. You won't be running your mouth much longer. Hahahaha!

I think Donny does more wrenching and shot calling than you think.

Go Donny!!!

And of course, DRIVING.

man if you don't like people bashing on the PA Posse.........why do you continue to down the WoO?

BTW I'm sure if Rahmer or Dewease start front row they win a high percentage of those races.

You can't lie you love the WoO .......if they were not around to come tour through your neck of the woods........who would your locals defend their turf against? Chalk it up as tough love or quit being a hypocrit.

You're exactly right. 99% of people don't realize that if Donny didn't want to be a driver, he would probably be one of the top 5 crew chiefs in the entire country. He has an unbelievable knowledge of these cars and at only 29 years old, he knows more about them than most 40 year old drivers. As Donny said earlier this year, Dave Lawrence is a great motor man but Donny is making the calls on setups and other aspects of the car.

Schatz's whole program seemed to go to another level after he hired Ricky Warner...

You're right. It did go to another level. I am not taking anything away from Ricky because he is an awesome crew chief, but it wasn't all him. Prior to 2006, Donny struggled with his motor/chassis combination at different times due to a few separate problems. At the end of 2005 the team finally got everything resolved and began to click (once again-partially because Ricky came on board in late '05 and partially because Donny figured a few things out that he was struggling with for almost 2 years).

Make no mistake about it, Donny runs that team and takes most of the blame when things are wrong (as he's said in interviews numerous times "We have to get better"wink but he always credits the crew when things are good (just like he said last night "These guys have done an awesome job"wink. As he said in an interview earlier in the year, "Crew members will come and go, but I will be the one constant that has to live with the results". Most successful drivers depend on that great crew chief to get the job done, Donny makes sure that he can do it himself if he needs to.

And, by having problems and figuring them out has made Donny better.

if my memory serves, Rahmer did win a few races from the front row last year...Donny started beside on at least 1 of those nights.

it does not take anything away from the win, but the format changes for this year seem to be generating consistent results.

I believe Ricky Warner is now on the Saldana team, and not Schatz this year.
