Does anybody know if Schatz will continue driving the STP car for a few races (Deer Creek and the two races in ND this weekend) or if the Armor All car will be back on the track come Wednesday in Minnesota.

From what I understand it was just for the nationals and that was all. Schatz told a friend the body panels will come off and the Armor All will go on.

That wasn't the question, they simply wanted to know if STP was going to be on the car later in the year. I'm sure they could care less who the parent company is.

I'm sure another set of decals could be printed and another car could be painted, they should have more than one racecar. LOL

Actually, the car isn't at the Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame does have Donny's 3 previous winning cars, and there is a possibility of this years, however, if it does go on display, it won't be until atleast next spring.

They have to widen the front display window of the HoF- there is currently only room for three ... so they are moving ahead with plans for building a supersized front window - AKA the Schatz Nationals Winning Car Display Annex - which will be expandible to include room for up to eight more cars.

At this time, Donny Schatz is scheduled drive the No. 15 STP/ParkerStore/Chevy J&J entry in the World Finals at The Dirt Track @ LMS on November 5 - 7.
The team will return to their traditional Armor All colors for the remainder of the season.
The STP/Mario Andretti tribute car was a Knoxville Nationals paint scheme but TSR & STP have decided to run the car again for the season finale.
The STP & Armor All brands are subsidiaries of The Clorox Company.
